As a UNI Online Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to learners worldwide. This role provides flexibility in schedule, allowing you to work remotely while helping students achieve their academic and personal learning goals. Our instructors are expected to deliver interactive lessons in an online environment, using tools such as video conferencing, interactive whiteboards, and real-time messaging. Key Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one or small group lessons tailored to students' individual goals. • Plan and deliver interactive, engaging lessons using UNI’s virtual classroom tools. • Customize lessons based on students' levels and progress. • Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress. • Maintain professionalism in communication and lesson delivery. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in education, subject expertise, or a related field. • Relevant teaching certifications preferred (e.g., TEFL for language instructors). • Online teaching or tutoring experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students. • Proficient in using technology for online teaching, including video conferencing and learning management tools. • Reliable internet and suitable teaching environment. • Adaptable teaching methods for diverse cultural backgrounds. Desirable Qualifications • Experience with international curricula like IB PYP or Cambridge. • Bilingual in English, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus.
