Night Shift Property Acquisition Specialist
TS Housing Management is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate investment company dedicated to finding and acquiring exceptional investment properties. We specialise in sourcing Rent-to-Serviced Accommodation (R2SA) and Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, and Rent (BRRR) opportunities to maximise returns for our clients. We are seeking two skilled Property Deal Sourcers to join our team, one specialising in R2SA and the other in BRRR. Responsibilities: As a Property Deal Sourcer, you will be a key player in our success, responsible for: 1. Sourcing Properties: - Identify and source potential R2SA or BRRR properties that align with our investment criteria. - Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and other industry professionals to access off-market deals. - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with real estate trends and opportunities. 2. Networking: - Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings on behalf of the company to expand our... network and identify potential investment partners. 3. Utilising CRM and Social Media: - Effectively manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, interactions, and property details. - Utilise social media platforms and online resources to identify and engage with potential property leads. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in property deal sourcing, with a proven track record of successful deals. - In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and investment strategies, either in R2SA or BRRR. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms for lead generation.
