Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with: • 2+ years of Data Science work experience • Degree in a quantitative discipline (MS or PhD preferred) - Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc. • Experience with standard Machine Learning algorithms, including model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning • Experience with algorithmic fairness is a plus • Familiarity with recommender systems preferred • Proficiency with novel NLP techniques (embedding models) • Must program in a scripting language such as Python. Familiarity with machine learning Python libraries like numpy, scikit, and pandas is required. • Able to collaborate with the HireVue Industrial-Organizational Psychology team to perform novel research to remain pioneers in hiring technology • Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses • Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Additional Information All team members at HireVue are expected to embody our core values, which are the H.E.A.R.T. of HireVue. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings.
