In this role, you will be responsible for developing, distributing, and documenting dashboards and reports including maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and relevance for decision making. Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area. • Five (5) years of experience in business or sales support administration including CRM technology. • Experience with database administration and system requirements for data management. • Comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics, MS Excel, Access, and SQL. • Strong project management skills with application development background. Responsibilities • Lead business processes and data management activities for Professional Membership and Science team. • Develop, maintain, and distribute data queries and reports. • Identify process improvements and automated solutions for CRM activities. • Enhance external customer experience through workflow analysis. • Act as a liaison to Business Technology and ensure data operations align with policies. • Update and maintain user guidelines, operating procedures, and training documentation. Qualifications • Five (5) years of experience with database administration and customer relationship management technology. • Comprehensive skills in analytics and reporting through database queries. • Supervisory experience is preferred. • Knowledge of medical terminology and CVD data is a plus. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
