Third Shift Computer Operator

Description Insight Global is seeking a remote third shift Computer Operator to join the IT organization of a higher education client. In this role, you will manage alerts that come in overnight through the ControlM tool. Your responsibilities will include triaging these alerts and resolving system errors. You will collaborate with a team of other computer operators and receive training on the... client’s internal systems. This role requires some holiday hours, for which you will receive time and a half pay. This is a remote opportunity with potential for conversion after 5 months.
