In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing GMB profiles, crafting strategies to boost local SEO rankings, and driving meaningful engagement to help our clients stand out in local search results. Key Responsibilities: • GMB Profile Optimization: Create, claim, and optimize Google Business Profiles to ensure maximum visibility and engagement in local search. • Local SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement localized strategies that leverage GMB for improving search rankings, attracting organic traffic, and driving customer interactions. • Content Creation and Management: Design engaging GMB content, including posts, photos, and updates, that resonates with the target audience and aligns with clients’ brand voices. • Review Management: Monitor, respond to, and manage customer reviews on GMB profiles to enhance online reputation and foster positive client relationships. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze insights from GMB and other local SEO tools to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing, SEO, and content teams to align GMB strategies with broader digital marketing goals and ensure a seamless client experience. What We’re Looking For: • GMB Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles, with a track record of achieving high visibility and engagement in the US market. • Local SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of local SEO principles, including keyword research, geo-targeted optimization, and ranking factors specific to the US market. • Digital Marketing Background: Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on local SEO, GMB, or related areas. • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, GMB insights, and other local SEO software to analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations. • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage with clients and effectively manage customer interactions on GMB. • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in managing multiple client profiles. • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively to overcome challenges in optimizing GMB profiles and managing online reputation.
