In this role, you will work with students with diverse learning needs, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and providing support to ensure their academic success. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs. • Conduct assessments and evaluations to track student progress. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create a positive learning environment. • Utilize various teaching strategies and technologies to engage students. • Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress. • Provide guidance and support to students in developing social and life skills. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. • Valid South Dakota teaching license in Special Education. • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
