Key Responsibilities • Provide outstanding in-house and remote technical assistance to our workforce and partners, handling escalated issues from Level 1 IT Specialists. • Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking. • Research, configure, and maintain a variety of software tools utilized throughout the organization. • Maintain and improve documented processes to ensure they remain in line with current technology standards. • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments to inform future IT strategies. • Collaborate with IT leadership to design and sustain robust system architecture, including cloud computing resource deployment and Infrastructure as Code development. • Support organizational leadership in establishing workflow automations and advanced configurations within various software systems. • Contribute to upholding high technical security standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC-2 requirements. Required Skills • Proficient in key technology environments, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe products, Slack, and Zoom. • Strong knowledge of networking and system administration, particularly with Local Area Network (LAN) configuration and physical network setup. • Basic understanding of software coding, scripting, and cloud architecture. • Solid foundational knowledge of IT principles. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. • 2-5 years of full-time experience in a related IT field.
