Requirements
- Respond to customer’s queries about general product and order questions Back office tasks (editing orders, updating inventory, creating store credit, etc.)
- Provide support via phone, chat, email, and SMS
- At least a year in managing websites through WordPress
- Zendesk, Asana, Loom (for mini video tutorials), and WordPress
- Be friendly, kind, and patient Pleasant demeanor
