Responsibilities
Field Representative Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals. Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies. Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing. Field Trainer Mentor and develop new representatives. Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment. Branch Manager (VP of Operations) Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values. Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers. Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community. Qualifications A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus.
