Requirements: The Restaurant Manager role requires individuals with relevant backgrounds and experience, including at least three years of experience in the food industry or within a restaurant. Moreover, candidates should have prior management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for coaching and guiding others, and the ability to maintain financial controls. The perfect candidate for the position must exhibit strong analytical capabilities, basic math and accounting knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.
