About the Role Teleperformance USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content on our clients' platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines. We're looking for a fearless individual who is inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. Key Responsibilities Review user-generated content to determine compliance with community guidelines Participate in frequent refresher training to ensure accurate and quality content moderation Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed-upon turnaround times Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely Requirements Ability to work on-site in El Paso, Texas (not a remote position) Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites Strong emotional intelligence and resilience Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills Ability to work various shifts and meet changing business needs Experienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills Ability to type 25 wpm and have a high school diploma or equivalent Predictable and reliable attendance 6 months of customer service experience preferred Why Join Teleperformance USA?
