Description The Sr. Manger, Compensation is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by providing expertise and leadership in designing, evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees. • Lead, analyze, design, and implement the organization's compensation programs including, but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, or compensation technology and tools to drive development and execution of an effective short-term strategy and execution of long-term departmental strategy • Understand market conditions and best practices and apply to compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure compensation policies and programs are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop and implement creative and proactive solutions to remain compliant and competitive oversee the design of compensation structures • Manage technology, tools, and systems to support compensation related activities and serve as subject matter expert for HRIS team • Manage the development of communication materials and lead training related to compensation programs as needed • Design and administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, policies, and guidelines and oversee the payment calculation process • Serve as Compensation Lead on large-scale projects being conducted across the organization • Partner with all levels of management, payroll, finance, vendors, inside and outside legal counsel, and government agencies • Proactively seek out and maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation policies / practices, reviews trends, and / or advancements in technology to develop recommendations and execute changes and improvements Location : Location Name PHL - Iloilo Work-at-Home Language Requirements : Time Type : Full time Full time Last updated : 2024-11-24 Apply Job!
