What You Will Do: • Work independently from your home office to deliver exceptional customer service. • Utilize various tools and technology platforms to assist customers and process orders. • Adhere to Walmart's customer service standards and policies. • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and order processing. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous customer service experience preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service tools and software. • Comfortable working remotely and independently. Schedule: This is a part-time remote position, offering flexible hours to accommodate your availability. Weekend and evening availability may be required.
