A Brief Overview Oversees development, build and validation of new features in the Healthspire Payor Solutions product portfolio. Partners with technology partners to ensure that new features achieve business objectives. Responsible for developing supporting processes and managing cross functional teams. What you will do • Establishes product requirements as well as feature prioritization, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands. • Promotes cross-functional communication and coordination, ensuring effective collaboration to achieve product goals. • Develop process with technology partners to sign-off on product requirements, test outcomes, and monitor effectively • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to product managers and other team members by building and developing high-performing product teams, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration, and providing coaching and career development opportunities. Required Qualifications: • 5 + years leading cross-functional initiatives and driving innovation. • 2 + years of experience across product operations, architecture, build and test • 1 + years of experience working with a geographically diverse team of primarily Work-from-Home colleagues. Preferred Qualifications: • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Healthcare preferred Education • Bachelor's degree preferred; may consider comparable work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $90,480.00 - $199,144.80 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
