Project Manager OR Delivery Manager (Archer, Financial Systems, GRC) (100% Remote) Primary Location: 100% Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager OR Delivery Manager (Archer, Financial Systems, GRC) (100% Remote) for our premier client. Education Education and Experience • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on GRC tools like RSA Archer. • In-depth understanding of the RSA Archer platform, including modules, workflows, and integrations. • Experience with Archer APIs and data feeds for automation and reporting. • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent. • Knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX compliance. WHAT YOULL DO: Job Responsibilities: • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for key stakeholders. • Manage end-to-end Archer application projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer system configurations and workflows. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure Archer platform updates, patches, and integrations are performed efficiently with minimal business disruption. • Facilitate user training sessions and create documentation for the Archer environment. • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across departments. • Work closely with technical teams to design, implement, and test Archer solutions tailored to business needs.
