Job Summary We are seeking a conceptual Creative Director, Copy, to join a team responsible for developing global, multi-platform creative efforts for Apple Services, including App Store, Apple Arcade, and Apple Pay. We conceptualize and create brand-led campaigns across media and platforms. You will be required to maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, as well as ensuring that work delivers against Apple standards. You know how to tell stories on any platform that create fame and drive engagement. You have a pulse on culture and understand how it can intersect with brands in an authentic, inspired way. You possess an elevated creative sensibility that extends across content genres and mediums. And you are particularly passionate about and adept at telling brand stories through social platforms. Key qualifications • Proven ability to create and direct high-quality creative that spans everything from fully integrated campaigns to platform-specific, social first content series. • Proficient in developing ideas for all social platforms, advertising campaign formats, and achieving top of class benchmarks for them. • A minimum of 10+ years significant experience, including 5 years management experience with increasing responsibility. • Experience leading cross-functional efforts within a large company - collaborating with strategy, production, product design, engineering, and other peer organizations. • Experience managing a creative team, identifying growth opportunities, and defining career paths for direct reports. • International experience or experience working with global teams. • Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns. • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel. • Experience delivering big ideas for subscription businesses a plus. Description • Develop impactful ideas that make waves in culture and drive business results. • Articulate and sell these big ideas to senior leadership in the services organization and beyond. • Recruit and build a world-class team of culture-first, social-first thinkers. • Lead creative teams of copywriters, art directors, designers, filmmakers, and creators to execute world-class creative output. • Maintain momentum around creative concepts, as a core part of the team that is responsible for bringing them into the world. • Own cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction. • Develop multi-media extensions that extend the ideas across the Apple ecosystem. • Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, as well as strengthening partnerships with current vendors, to conceive/execute campaigns. Education Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Additional requirements A portfolio that features a number of famous creative and integrated campaigns, a strong track record for breakthrough social thinking, and a diversity of ideas and approaches to marketing and problem solving.
