Position Overview As a Digital Content Creator Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence through engaging video content. You will create compelling short-form videos, particularly for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, focusing on Reels and similar formats. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, branding, and social media marketing within a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities • Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms. • On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable on camera to present ideas, share insights, and engage with our audience authentically. • Editing Skills: Use basic editing tools to create polished and professional-looking videos, incorporating graphics, text, and effects as needed. • Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to create relevant and timely content. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and campaign goals. • Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve video quality and engagement. • Analytics Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of video content, using insights to optimize future projects. Qualifications • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Studies, or related field). • Strong interest in social media and video content creation. • Basic video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. • Comfortable and confident on camera; prior on-screen experience is a plus. • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
