Remote Tutor - Summer | WFH

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated college students currently pursuing Education Degrees who possess a passion for tutoring K-12 students across various subjects. Key Responsibilities • Provide personalized tutoring to K-12 students in designated subjects • Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' unique needs • Evaluate and document student progress regularly • Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment • Communicate student needs and progress effectively with our educational team Required Skills • Strong ability to connect with students • Excellent communication abilities • Capacity to multitask effectively • Proficiency in established curriculum-based programs • Ability to motivate and guide students during instruction • Skills in recognizing and rewarding students’ achievements Qualifications • Reading/English Tutors: Must be pursuing an Education/Teaching Degree • Math Tutors: Proficiency up to Algebra 2 (Education Degree not required) • Test Prep (ACT/SAT) Tutors: Strong ACT/SAT score (30/1400 or higher preferred) • Preferred Experience: A minimum of one year in teaching or tutoring
