Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax planning and compliance services to our clients. As a Tax Senior, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique tax needs and provide them with tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff members. Responsibilities • Prepare and review tax returns for S Corps, Partnerships, and C-Corps • Provide tax planning and consulting services • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction • Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients • Mentor and train junior staff members • Assist with business development activities and participate in marketing initiatives • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to provide integrated solutions to clients Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Masters in Taxation highly preferred • CPA certification preferred • 2+ years of experience in public accounting • Strong technical knowledge of S Corps, C Corps, and Partnerships • Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously If you are a highly motivated and experienced Tax Senior with a passion for providing exceptional client service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
