This Entry Level Customer Service Assistant will be trained from the entry-level up to understand all aspects of running a business. Our mission at our firm is to bridge the gap between the product and the consumer with our professionally trained team. Entry Level Customer Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: • Achieve and exceed sales and marketing goals • Drive customer preference for our client’s products and loyalty to their brands • Ensure timely and accurate, two-way communication between the clients and the customer • Effective and efficient territory management, leading to customer segmentation and customer partnership for achievement of sales goals • Enhance distributor business and profitability Entry Level Customer Service Assistant Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary • Excellent verbal communication skills • Outstanding work ethic • Demonstrated capacity to learn • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Reliable transportation This is an ENTRY LEVEL position.
