Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Tutors to join our remote team, offering a flexible part-time position well-suited for individuals pursuing an Education degree, completing their Student Teaching requirements, or those with an Associates Degree in Education aiming to further their academic journey. This role is also ideal for retired educators or those re-entering the teaching field, providing an opportunity to connect with students and rejuvenate teaching skills. Key Responsibilities Inspire and engage students throughout lessons. Celebrate student achievements and progress. Regularly assess and document student advancements. Maintain open communication with the Educational Team regarding student needs. Cultivate a positive and dynamic learning atmosphere. Exhibit enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to student success. Required Skills Strong ability to connect with students. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Qualifications For Reading/English Tutors: An Education/Teaching degree or current students pursuing an Education degree with classroom observation or student teaching experience. For Math Tutors: Proficiency in mathematics up to Algebra 2 (Education degree not required). For Test Prep Tutors (ACT/SAT): A commendable ACT/SAT score (30/1400 preferred) without the necessity of an Education degree. Preferred: Minimum of one year teaching or tutoring experience.
