Respond to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. Up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged. Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED equivalent. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume inbound call environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficient reading abilities. • The ability to multitask effectively, utilizing various applications; prior experience with CRM applications is a plus. • Basic proficiency in PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
