The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various non-IT roles in different industries, including finance, marketing, sales, customer service, and administration. The Non-IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent through various channels for non-IT positions. Job Advertising: Posting job openings on relevant platforms and ensuring they are attractive and clear to potential candidates. Resume Review & Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting qualified candidates for interviews. Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone and in-person interviews, and using assessments where necessary. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create accurate job descriptions. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extending job offers to selected candidates, handling negotiations, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. Recruitment Metrics: Tracking and reporting on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Requirements
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with non-IT job requirements and industry standards Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field (preferred)
