Data Entry - Lead Specialist
Position: Remote Data Entry/Lead Specialist As a work-from-home Lead Specialist at NALI, we are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient full-time Data Entry/Lead Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and managing lead records for our business development team, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business operations through effective communication and organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and detail. High level Lead Specialists also qualify for quarterly bonuses. Compensation: $31,200 - $36,000 Responsibilities: Were Looking For Someone With These Skills: A positive, empathetic, and professional tone and attitude toward students/clients and team members at all times Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Experience in data entry, sales, or customer service The ability to work with multiple screens and programs open Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Some College credit is required, and a college degree is a plus Fluent English language required, additional languages a plus 1-3 plus years of data entry experience preferred Strong work ethic with proven dependability Career-driven as advancement opportunities are available Fast-paced work environment experience Ability to quickly learn and implement new applications and processes Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills with high-speed internet Ability to accurately type information Ability to use online search engines and digital resources to gather accurate and relevant information effectively.
