Summary: We are searching for an enthusiastic, customer-centric individual who will be the first point of contact when interested customers/vendors call in to inquire about foodguys. An individual who will handle our reputation, client and vendors with the utmost care and attention. What you will be doing: • Full time opportunity! Ideal candidate in Central/Mountain Time! • Answer phones and email: serve as the point of contact for external inquiries. • File management: organize, categorize, and maintain digital documents for easy accessibility. Retrieve documents as needed. • Data entry: input and update information into databases. Maintain accurate and organized records. • Basic bookkeeping: Assist in basic financial tasks such as maintaining expense records and entering bills. • Support compliance: Call published phone numbers to confirm banking information, addresses, etc. What skills we are looking for: • Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening. • Excellent customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude. • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking • Keen attention to detail Required Experience: • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) • A least one-year of Customer Service or Reception • Shared email inbox management Compensation & Benefits: $36 - 40k/year depending on experience A benefits package that’s as comprehensive as it gets – medical, dental, vision, plus disability and life insurance, and a 401k with match All offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check EEO: CFM Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other protected class.
