Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this entry-level, remote role, you will be assisting and advising clients with their insurance and financial product needs from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients via phone, email, and online chat. • Assist clients with understanding their insurance options (home, life, health, ancillary). • Identify and assess customer needs, offering appropriate solutions. • Help clients complete applications and process paperwork electronically. • Maintain accurate client records and update databases. • Work collaboratively with our sales team in a virtual environment. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. • Must obtain a Life and Health insurance license (We will provide support and resources to help you achieve this!)
