About the position The Momentum Worldwide Internship Experience is designed for curious and bold college students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a creative agency environment. Interns will work closely with various departments to understand the intricacies of agency operations, contribute to client projects, and develop essential skills in communication, presentation, and strategic problem-solving. Responsibilities • Contribute to providing solutions for client business objectives. , • Partner with a team to uncover primary business problems and pitch strategic solutions. , • Sharpen communication and presentation skills through hands-on experience. , • Ideate and innovate while adapting to a fast-paced work environment. , • Engage with various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of agency operations. Requirements • Currently enrolled Junior or Senior college students working towards a degree at an accredited college or university. , • Must have unrestricted authorization to work full-time in the U.S. without a visa or sponsorship. , • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment (mix of home and office). , • Must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, Chicago, New York, or St. Louis offices. , • Prior internship experience, preferably in a related field or in an agency setting. , • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , • Strong organizational and analytical skills. , • Positive attitude and work ethic. , • Commitment of 40 hours a week for a 9-week internship term. Nice-to-haves • Experience in a creative agency setting. , • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. , • Background in art direction, copywriting, or design.
