Support the Process: Provide quotes, manage applications efficiently, and maintain accurate records to ensure a smooth experience for families. Build Lasting Relationships: Nurture ongoing client relationships to be their go-to advisor for all needs as their family grows and evolves. Maintain High Standards: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest level of ethical practices. What You Should Have: Prior experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but we welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and a passion for helping families. Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately. A self-starting attitude and a strong drive to achieve results, particularly when it comes to helping families feel secure. The ability to adapt to new information and technology, with some proficiency in using CRM systems and common office software.
