Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated MFP Program Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mental health and eager to contribute to significant programs such as MFP-Doctoral and MFP-Youth. Your administrative expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance mental health initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate the application process and perform thorough reviews for the MFP. • Execute data entry and verification tasks with precision. • Assist in the fellowship eligibility verification process. • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and annual impact summaries. • Contribute to the production of video and written content showcasing program impacts and engaging stakeholders. • Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for the MFP. • Manage the MFP inbox to ensure prompt responses. • Collect and analyze campaign performance data, including audience feedback. • Undertake additional responsibilities as required. Required Skills • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. • Strong technical proficiency and effective problem-solving capabilities. • Outstanding customer service abilities. • Experience in event planning is advantageous. • Cultural competence and an understanding of diverse communities. Qualifications • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment. • Experience collaborating with volunteers, boards, and association leadership is beneficial. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects within set deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with data management software or a willingness to learn. • Internet proficiency and awareness of social media platforms; website management experience is a plus. • Ability to travel up to 5%, including weekends.
