Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Technical proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer service platforms. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform job duties remotely. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. • Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
