Special Education Teacher Opportunity Lakeville, Indiana

Soliant is currently seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Lakeville, Indiana area. This full-time, contracted position offers a chance to support and inspire students with diverse learning needs. Pay Range: $30 - $45/hour (negotiable based on experience and interview performance) Position Details: • Start Date: ASAP • End Date: End of the school year • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week • Caseload Options: • Middle school • Elementary school Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. • Provide direct instruction in academic, social, and behavioral skills. • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success. • Assess and document student progress toward IEP goals. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications: • Valid Indiana State Special Education Teacher Certification is required. • Previous experience working with diverse student populations is a plus.
