We are looking for an engaging and supportive online tutor to work with our two children, aged 12 and 8, on a weekly basis. The tutor should be fluent in both Russian and English, and able to create a fun, motivating, and educational environment. Responsibilities... Monitor the progress of each child through the courses and programs we provide. Assist with understanding and filling in any knowledge gaps in a variety of subjects. Guide them in how to find and research information online independently. Provide weekly progress reports to parents. Use interactive and playful methods to keep learning interesting and enjoyable. Encourage a love of learning and help build their confidence. Requirements: Fluency in Russian and English. Experience working with children in a teaching or tutoring role. Ability to make learning fun and engaging. Strong organizational skills to track progress and report regularly. Patience and a supportive attitude.
