Our client is a premier development, investment, and operating company focused on the power and energy infrastructure in the United States. They are looking to add and HSE Engineer to their team. This is a full-time, REMOTE opportunity. Title: HSE Engineer Location: Remote Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably within an operating plant environment Demonstrate a strong knowledge of major environmental legislation and regulations Possess excellent technical reading skills for reviewing contracts, permits, and regulations Have solid math skills for evaluating air and water emissions Are detail-oriented with strong organizational, writing, and spreadsheet skills Are willing to travel periodically Key Responsibilities: Monitor and guarantee ongoing environmental compliance for our operational assets Support due diligence processes for new acquisitions and aid in asset divestitures Analyze and interpret contracts, permits, and environmental laws Assess air and water emissions to ensure they meet environmental standards Keep detailed records and oversee the management of environmental compliance documentation Periodically travel to different operational plants and due diligence locations EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
