About the position The Financial Analyst Rotation Program is a two-year full-time opportunity designed for individuals to explore various financial disciplines through four six-month rotations. Participants will engage in dynamic high-tech environments, utilizing best-in-class tools and technologies while gaining exposure to areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Capital Markets, Sales and Marketing, and Accounting. This program aims to empower individuals to achieve their potential while fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability. Responsibilities • Learn about the various financial cycles and the precision and application of Profit & Loss to decision-making and analysis. , • Develop data modeling skills by managing and manipulating complex data. , • Gain an understanding of the focus and strategies of finance leaders, comprehend methods and practices in making executive decisions, and further build on advanced modeling skills. , • Identify the level of risk to both segments of the company and as a corporation, including identifying root causes of risk and analyzing business processes and execution plans for improvement. , • Learn the relationships and responsibilities of worldwide subsidiaries, operating centers, and/or corporate entities through on-site engagement, while understanding how to effectively gather information and communicate complex findings. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field (or currently pursuing) or equivalent experience. , • Proven ability and understanding of fundamental finance and accounting acumen including data modeling, data analytics, FP&A, forecasting, interpreting financial statements, and reporting. Nice-to-haves • Competency in Office, especially in Excel (pivot table, Macro, VBA, etc). , • Experience with Power BI/Tableau or other data visualization tools. , • Knowledge of SQL/R/Python or other programming/data science languages.
