ERP Business Lead (BY MMS & AS400) Location : Remote Anywhere in the US is acceptable Duration : 6+ months Interview process: • L1 Technical interview internally with Aspire Systems which includes Technical/ Coding assignment .This will be 60 minutes of Teams which includes online coding assignment. • Followed by 1-2 Client interview • Background Verification is Mandatory Job Description: • We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Lead to guide and manage the implementation of BY MMS Project, ensuring alignment with the organization's retail operations and strategic objectives. • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of retail ERP systems and integrations, particularly AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS, and will serve as a bridge between stakeholders, IT, and the implementation team. Essential Requirements: • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and areas for improvement • Demonstrate a strong understanding of AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS systems and their functionalities. • Analyze and document end-to-end retail ERP integration processes, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined. • Testing: Review test cycles, test plans and need to write the test cases. • Provide informed and actionable input for "go" or "no-go" decisions for software releases. • Identify and resolve system and integration issues during the testing phase and need to write the test cases/test scenario s and need to execute them. • Training and Documentation: Evaluate training materials, user guides, and instructional videos to ensure their relevance and usability for end-users and IT teams. • Collaborate with teams to create clear and comprehensive documentation for system workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting. • Stakeholder Collaboration: • Act as the primary point of contact for business units during the ERP implementation Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • System Expertise: Leverage expertise in AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS to guide system design, testing, and deployment. • Ensure seamless integration and alignment with existing retail systems and processes. Qualifications: • Proven experience in retail ERP system implementation and integration, with specific expertise in AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS. • Strong understanding of end-to-end retail operations and processes. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
