Job Details Position: Appointment Setting Specialist Job Mode: Work From Home Salary: ?15,000 Per Month + Incentives Job Responsibilities Lead Generation and Appointment Setting: • Identify potential prospects through web research and business directories. • Initiate contact with leads through email, calls, and other communication channels. • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring alignment with their availability. • Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems. Collaboration: • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals. • Provide feedback on campaign performance to optimize strategies. Skills and Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role. • Previous experience in an International BPO environment is preferred. • Proficiency in internet research and lead generation tools. • Familiarity with CRM and appointment scheduling software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
