Accounts Receivable Associate- Licensing, Automation, and Compliance

Position Summary: Th Licensing and Compliance Associate is responsible for overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech account set-up and aging report, generating various billing claims, and validating Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) compliance. This unique position will utilize not only accounting skills but also strong customer relationship management skills. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: • Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech aging reports, resolving outstanding balances for assigned business units • Manage accounts receivable related to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy • Generate various billback/claims invoices and ensure timely and accurate supplier billing • Prepare and communicate ABC state license reports to internal and external and update internal ERP to ensure compliance and data integrity • Respond to EDI and Fintech issues from team members and internal and external customers • File Maintenance and uploading documents into external portals • Other projects or duties as assigned Apply Job!
