Residential Loan Processor Manager
Mortgage Operations Team Member We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our mortgage operations team at Quorum Federal Credit Union. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all first and second mortgages from application through post-closing, ensuring seamless loan processing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities Process and close first and second mortgage applications in accordance with secondary market guidelines and ensure loan documentation complies with federal, state, and local regulations. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including changes in regulations and technology. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as banking/credit union regulations. Promote a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with members, coworkers, management, partners, and vendors. Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred; minimum of three years related experience required. Detailed knowledge of secondary market guidelines and regulations. Knowledge of the mortgage process from origination to post-closing. NMLS license required.
