This position is fully remote and ideal for candidates with a minimum of four years of experience in third-party collections. For those new to the field, we also offer a 100% onsite option. Success in this role requires attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to learning and adherence to management guidance is vital. Key Responsibilities • Employ skip tracing methods to locate consumers. • Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with clients. • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. • Articulate charges to consumers clearly and address their inquiries. • Investigate and resolve any disputes effectively. • Adhere strictly to company policies and relevant state and federal regulations. • Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout all interactions. • Cultivate a professional rapport with colleagues and management. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Ability to pass a background screening. • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate account histories. • Consistently meet production goals. • Excellent attendance record. • Previous experience in customer service or roles involving public interaction is preferred. • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
