Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage alerts from our application, contact users as needed, and document interactions in our platform. Key Responsibilities Monitor Alerts: Stay on-call during your shift to monitor incoming alerts from our application. User Communication: Respond to approximate alerts by making calls to notify users about the alerts and provide necessary information. Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our platform. Escalation: Escalate issues when necessary according to company protocols. Qualifications Availability: Ability to work night shifts reliably. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using basic technology, including our alert management platform and phone systems. Attention to Detail: Ability to document information accurately and follow procedures consistently. Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to remain on-call and responsive during shifts.
