What You'll Do

As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll shape the visual language of a revolutionary health and finance brand across all channels. You’ll: • Drive our visual expression forward and, with careful hands, shape it into something truly special • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and writing teams to create campaigns, viral stunts, product launches, welcome kits, emails, physical cards, and more • Evolve our visual aesthetic through constant experimentation, staying ahead of the curve, not behind it • Elevate the look and feel of everything we do by bringing a level of polish and magic into everything we ship • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity What You'll Need • 4+ years of experience in visual design at a creative agency or in-house design team • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus points for motion design or illustration) • Design portfolio that showcases your eye for good design and attention to detail • Demonstrated collaboration in a remote-first environment and enjoy sharing work early and often • Proven comfortability with the ambiguity that comes with working on an early-stage brand • Proven self-starter—there’s always something you want to do, learn, and grow in as a designer Perks • Monthly spending money as part of testing our new product • Competitive salary and benefits package • Professional development and growth opportunities • Flexible working hours and remote work options • Foundational role within a growing Creative team Apply Job!
