Tosca Test Manager ( Remote)

About the position Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Automation Test Manager with expertise in Tosca to join our dynamic team of IT professionals in a permanent remote role. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automation scripts using TOSCA. You will build reusable test step blocks (RTBs) and develop test cases based on requirements. Additionally, you will prepare test data in Tosca Test Data Management (TDM) and configure it with test cases using Test Data Services (TDS). You will execute test cases in execution lists and test events in Dex agents, and prepare execution summary reports to share with clients. Participation in daily scrum meetings, requirement grooming, and retrospective meetings will be essential. As a solution architect, you will also manage the Tosca team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality testing solutions. Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using TOSCA. , • Build reusable test step blocks (RTBs) and develop test cases using those RTBs based on requirements. , • Prepare test data in Tosca Test Data Management (TDM) and configure it with test cases using Test Data Services (TDS). , • Execute test cases in execution lists and test events in Dex agents. , • Prepare execution summary reports and share them with clients. , • Participate in daily scrum, requirement grooming, and retrospective meetings. , • Perform the role of solution architect and manage the Tosca team. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields. , • 7+ years of expert automation knowledge in TOSCA. , • Experience in API testing using Tosca is mandatory. , • Hands-on experience in healthcare domain testing is preferred. , • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with business stakeholders directly. , • Experience participating in agile ceremonies. , • Tricentis Tosca certifications like AS1, AS2, AE1 are required. , • Experience with test management tools such as qTest and Jira. , • Clean background check.
