Director - Financial Planning & Analysis
Description: Play a crucial role in driving internal & external financial reporting, strategy, and decision-making processes. Lead a team responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Manage the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives and new business opportunities. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence within an accounting firm. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis.
