U.S. Bank Corp is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Product and Service Delivery Risk Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risk associated with new and existing products and services. You will need to have a strong understanding of risk management principles, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for ensuring the safety of our customers as well as the success of our company. If you are a motivated problem-solver who is eager to join a dynamic team, this could be the opportunity for you!To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on risk management. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and be knowledgeable about banking regulations and compliance. Additionally, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service focus and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk associated with new and existing products and services. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and applicable laws. Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze internal and external risk factors. Track and report risk management related activities and metrics. Monitor and review risk management processes and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and present risk management reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
