About the Role

As a Mobile Lending Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping to identify and develop sources for new home loan and small business. Role Location: SEQ North QLD Role Type: Permanent, Full-time What will your day look like? As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will: • Assist the Store Leader in building confidence and capability across the store team around lending discussions. • Support and demonstrate a risk management culture in line with Suncorp’s values. • Use digital communication channels to engage clients remotely, providing fast and convenient lending & banking solutions. • Utilise digital tools to streamline the lending process, from initial applications to document verification and loan approvals. • Support and educate customers on how to use our digital platforms for personal banking, empowering them to self-serve with online banking features. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: • Proficiency in digital lending platforms to manage leads and streamline client interactions. • Experience with remote digital tools, such as e-signature platforms, to handle loan documentation securely and efficiently. • Strong knowledge of online security practices to protect customer data in a mobile environment. • Demonstrated experience in writing and assessing quality credit submissions, balancing customer needs with our organization's risk appetite. • Understanding of banking and financial industry principles, regulations and risk appetite. • Flexibility to occasionally work after hours and travel regionally as needed.
