Senior Tax Accountant - Remote - Hybrid

This role offers a unique accelerated partner track and an average of 42.6 hours per week during tax season, significantly less than the industry standard. You'll enjoy the same or higher pay as traditional firms, but with 720 hours less per year, giving you back more than four months of time annually. Key Responsibilities • Client Management: • Proactively manage client relationships. • Prepare and sign tax returns. • Success Metric: 10-25 Returns Per Week Prepared, 8-20 Depending on Position Level • Less than 10% needing amendments. • Peer Review and Mentorship: • Peer review tax returns and provide training/mentorship to junior accountants. • Success Metric: Complete 4-8 hours of peer review per week, with less than 5% of returns needing rework.
