Client Support Specialist - Call Center Agent (Remote)

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries via email, and phone calls, making effective organizational and prioritization skills crucial. Familiarity with Excel, proper email etiquette, and Word is also essential. Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm cst.
