Remote Behavior Specialist | Part-Time Opportunity

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about empowering children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities • Implement individualized behavior objectives within clients’ home settings for children aged 4 to 8. • Collaborate closely with a BCBA supervisor to ensure the effective execution of treatment plans. • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and outcomes. • Provide compassionate and supportive care to clients and their families. Required Skills • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred. • A genuine passion for fostering learning and growth in children. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Comfort with data collection and analysis. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field is preferred. • At least one year of experience working with children is highly preferred. • Experience in managing children with challenging behaviors is a plus. • Willingness to pursue RBT certification, with support provided. • Flexibility to work on weekends for increased hourly compensation, based on client needs.
