Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing, patient accounts, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of medical billing software and EHR systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
